Delivery Policy
Rohmate provides consulting and software-related services delivered digitally.
All services are delivered via email, online meetings, or other agreed communication channels.
There is no physical shipping involved.
Project timelines and delivery schedules are discussed and agreed upon with the client before the start of the project.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of consulting and software development services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Once a project has been initiated or services have been delivered, refunds may not be applicable.
Clients may request a refund within 3 days of payment if the project has not yet started.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of services prior to the commencement of the agreed engagement or scheduled consultation.
Once the service has commenced or has been delivered, cancellations will not be accepted. Any eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
